Veterinary Orthopedic Implants joins BioMedtrix and KYON

We are pleased to announce that effective May 5, 2020, Fidelio Capital has completed its third acquisition in the veterinary orthopedic business with an agreement to acquire a majority ownership of Veterinary Orthopedic Implants (VOI).

This is a very exciting event for us as a company, our employees and our customers. VOI’s founder Claude Gendreau has been looking for the right new owner and partner, and with Fidelio Capital, an ideal strategic partner was found.

Together, VOI, BioMedtrix and KYON form a leading global veterinary orthopedic group that complement and strengthen each other.

Collectively, we now serve more than 45 markets around the world.

As a continued leader in innovation and R&D, the group is proud to now offer an even broader product portfolio that serves all customer needs. We remain committed to helping you with a best-in-class customer experience and will continue to be as dedicated as ever to our comprehensive education offering.

All routines when interacting with the companies remain unchanged; and the three brands will continue to operate as they do today. As a group, the three companies will collaborate and learn from each other in order to improve all aspects in respect to how we serve you as a customer and the overall market.

As a newly formed group with increased resources and scale, we aim to be the preferred partner to all veterinary professionals by increasing investments into R&D, education and customer service.

We thank you for your support and look forward to an even more exciting and prosperous future for all of us.
