As a non-public-facing, Essential Business, we remain open to continue to service the many veterinary surgeons worldwide dependent on our products and services until further restrictions prevent us from doing so. However, with the emergent situation, we are also prepared to take all necessary measures to maintain the health and safety of our staff and customers.
We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation hourly and continue to work as a company, albeit with slim numbers at times, to ensure safe practices to deliver your products to you safely.
We have taken the following measures to ensure both our safety and that of our customers:
- Mandated our VOI family members to remain home if they even feel the slightest bit ill and/or are caring for an individual who is ill
- those returning from travel of any kind (work of pleasure) are expected to self-quarantine at home for a minimum of 14 days
- VOI and its subsidiaries are accepting no outside visitors into our buildings
Additionally, VOI and its subsidiaries have instilled a top-of-the-hour wipe-down policy to ensure clean and germ-free surfaces throughout all areas of our company. That means the very spaces your orders are prepared in have been held to the strictest of recommended standards to ensure your safety as well.

Due to the uncertainty of any disruptions to everyday business, we want to be able to continue to deliver what you need. We may be operating at reduced on-site staff levels; however, we will continue to pick, pack and ship orders as they are received. You may experience a slight delay in delivery due to measures we cannot control.
