Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations or with Saturday deliveries. It is always best to call first if you are unsure. 904.436.6540

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

VOI offers Flat Rate shipping for all orders - Domestic and International.

Orders from Canada and the European Union will be forwarded and shipped from our subsidiaries in those locations.

All NEW International and domestic orders will require wire transfer or credit card prior to shipping and an Account Representative will be in touch via email or phone to the information you provide on your order.

Please specify when you would like to receive your order at check out. For same day shipping, orders must be received by 4pm, EST Mon-Fri. International charges will apply. Extra weight charges may apply. Extra charges may not be finalized in the cart.

Orders placed after 4 pm will be processed and considered the next business day. If your order was placed after 4pm EST on a Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday. This is especially important for overnight orders.

If you need a Saturday Delivery, please call your order in (904-436-6540) to ensure that option is available in your area. 

Please Note: Special Shipping Arrangements will not be finalized in cart.

Insurance

VOI automatically adds insurance for EVERY online order. The low cost charge is at a rate of $1.00 per $100.00 of merchandise.

NOTE REGARDING BACKORDERS:

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. Backorders can be added to the cart and will ship immediately when available. This is why you order may ship with a status of partially shipped. We can assure you when your backorder is in, it will be processed and sent immediately.

Why do I see a date for backorders to come back into stock?

We do our best to estimate when a product may be back in stock, but we cannot guarantee it. If you are ordering something you will need by a certain date, and it is backordered, we suggest calling into our office (904-436-6540) and talking to a Customer Account Specialist to make the best decision for your order.
